STOP 1

5:30 pm: The evening begins with dinner parties across the area either at the homes of 1st Stage’s supporters and volunteers or at a local restaurant. These intimate dinner parties encourage conversation between patrons and artists and allow our community to deepen our relationships with each other.

STOP 2

7:30 pm: Following dinner, all guests will meet together at The Sandlot at The Boro for an outdoor party with desserts, specialty drinks, and performances by the extraordinary artists that call 1st Stage home.

Anticipated Guests: 150 to 200

All partners will receive:

• Logo recognition on all event materials, including weekly e-blasts during April and May 2024 (reaching 8,500 unique emails each week)

• Inclusion in the Table to Stage sponsorship banner at the main event

• Continued recognition on the 1st Stage website and in production programs for 12 months, reaching 15,000
