Our Ticketing System: Spektrix

1st Stage is thrilled to work with a people-focused ticketing system that offers several benefits and upgrades to your 1st Stage ticket experience:

  • Subscribers and Flex Pass holders can choose their dates online! Once you are logged in, add your tickets to the basket, all eligible tickets will automatically be discounted 100%. We are still happy to help via email at boxoffice@1stStage.org or by phone 703-854-1856. 

  • Access your tickets on your mobile device. No printing or mailing required, not even Flex Passes.

  • Become a sustaining member donor by setting up a recurring gift.

  • Set up your online account and keep your contact info and preferences up to date.

How to Order Your Subscription or Flex Tickets Online
Ordering your tickets online is easy! Just follow these steps:

  1. Visit 1stStage.org and click on the BUY TICKETS button at the top right of your screen.

  2. Select the performance you’d like to attend and choose the Subscriber or Flex ticket option.

  3. When you add the tickets to your basket, they will initially show a price of $55.

  4. Don’t worry—once you log in as a subscriber or flex pass holder, the price will automatically drop to $0 in the checkout before you finalize your purchase.

If you have set up your account but forgot your password:

Click on the My Account  button on the upper right of the website. click the Forgot your Password? Reset Here button. Enter your email address twice and click Email Password Link to Me. Check your email - you will receive an email from boxoffice@mail.1ststage.org via us.boxoffice-email.com. 

Click the link in that email and you will be redirected to the 1st Stage site. Enter and confirm your new password, click the button: Change Password. The next screen will say Set Your Password. You have successfully changed your password. Click the Continue button. You will be redirected to a page that says My Account and has your details.

Don’t Forget:

  • Add Us To Your Safe Senders List  - Ticketing emails will come from boxoffice@mail.1ststage.org via us.boxoffice-email.com and email newsletters will all come from  news@marketing-1ststage.org, so please add this to your safe senders list to ensure you get the latest updates.

  • The Lingo -  Does some of the terminology seem different? Spektrix is a British-based system so look for those extra "u's" from time to time. Also remember in Spektrix Land, "member" = Subscriber, Flex Pass holder, or recurring donor!
